Specified Items Refund

Thanks for confirming it was not your intention to purchase the specified item(s) cover.  

We will be in touch via email to confirm once we have refunded the amount due, if we are able to use the payment details you provided when purchasing the policy (or policies). 
 
Where your credit card has since been cancelled or expired, and we need you to supply new payment details, our team will give you a call. 
 
If you are yet to travel and do want to retain the cover for your valuables, we will honour this cover should you need to make a claim.
