General Exclusions that we are unable to cover

There are some conditions that are always excluded (otherwise know as a "general exclusion").

We will not pay for any costs lor losses arising directly or indirectly from: 

• Mental conditions, nervous disorders, depression, stress, or anxiety
• Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS), Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV)
• Sexually transmitted infections
• Pregnancy complications existing prior to the date this policy is issued
• Conditions for which you are on a waiting list or for which you are scheduled to receive a medical procedure (including overnight and day surgery)
